1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of novelink.net and purchases made through the website.
The website is operated by NOVELINK PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202621702G, operating the Novelink brand.
By accessing the website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or place an order.
2. Adults Only and Legal Eligibility
Novelink is intended only for adults aged 18 and over.
By using the website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing, importing, or using a product is lawful in your location.
3. Website Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use Novelink only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website in violation of applicable law;
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;
- Interfere with website security or normal operation;
- Introduce malicious code or automated abuse;
- Submit fraudulent orders, payment information, claims, or communications;
- Misuse another person’s identity or information;
- Infringe intellectual-property or other lawful rights;
- Use the website in a manner intended to deceive, harm, disrupt, or unlawfully exploit Novelink or another person.
4. Products, Specifications and Availability
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, specifications, included accessories, prices, and availability accurately.
Product appearance may vary reasonably because of photography, display settings, styling, production variation, or other characteristics that do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Clothing, jewelry, wigs, accessories, or styling items shown in photographs are included only where the applicable product page expressly states that they are included.
Product availability may change without notice.
5. Pricing, Errors and Corrections
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We may correct obvious or material errors in pricing, product information, specifications, availability, or website content.
If an order is affected by a material pricing, inventory, or product-information error, we may contact you to obtain instructions or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid for the cancelled portion, as appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation or payment confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not by itself constitute final acceptance.
Unless we expressly confirm otherwise, an order is accepted when Novelink issues a shipping confirmation for the applicable order.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons including product unavailability, material pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, legal or shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order.
Where an order is cancelled and payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
7. Payment
Payment options available at Checkout may be provided through third-party hosted payment services.
Novelink’s current checkout interface does not intentionally collect complete payment-card numbers, CVV codes, or full card credentials directly through Novelink website fields.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices, security procedures, authorization requirements, and transaction rules.
An authorization or payment confirmation does not override Novelink’s order-acceptance provisions in Section 6.
8. Guest Checkout and Existing Accounts
Guest Checkout is available where offered by the website.
New customer self-registration may not always be available.
Existing account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity reasonably attributable to their accounts.
Notify Novelink if you believe an existing account has been accessed without authorization.
9. Shipping
Orders are subject to the current Shipping Policy.
The Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Shipping availability, processing, transit estimates, tracking, delivery coverage, customs responsibilities, and applicable shipping charges are governed by that policy and the options actually available at Checkout.
Delivery and transit estimates are not guaranteed.
Where applicable law requires action when shipment is delayed beyond a stated shipment commitment, Novelink will provide the applicable notice and available options.
10. Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
Orders are subject to the current Refund & Returns Policy.
That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because Novelink products are personal-use adult products, hygiene and product-integrity restrictions apply to ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in these Terms or the Refund & Returns Policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Product Care and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable product specifications, care guidance, handling instructions, and warnings.
Products should be handled, cleaned, stored, and used in accordance with applicable guidance.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unsuitable cleaning products, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or use inconsistent with applicable instructions may affect eligibility for remedies to the extent permitted by law.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Novelink website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout, design elements, and other website content are owned by or licensed to NOVELINK PTE. LTD. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to browsing or purchasing from Novelink.
You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute, modify, or republish protected Novelink content without permission except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, product names, images, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
13. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
Where the website permits product reviews or other public submissions, you are responsible for content you submit.
Reviews should reflect genuine opinions and experiences.
You must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, infringing, deceptive, spam, malicious, or privacy-violating content.
Novelink may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform integrity, or the rights of others.
By submitting content for public display, you grant Novelink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the website and services, subject to applicable law.
This license does not prohibit you from using your own content elsewhere and is not intended to restrict or penalize honest consumer reviews.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Novelink may rely on third-party services for functions including payment processing, hosting, email delivery, shipping, tracking, spam prevention, translation, analytics, and other website functionality.
Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Novelink is not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. No Separate Commercial Warranty
Unless Novelink expressly provides a separate written warranty for a specific product, Novelink does not currently offer an additional standalone commercial warranty beyond the remedies described in our applicable policies and rights provided by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, guarantee, condition, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
16. Disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but website access may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided without guarantees that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
This section does not override express commitments made in an applicable product listing or policy and does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVELINK PTE. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from use of the website where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other legally non-excludable matters.
These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

19. Applicable Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
NOVELINK PTE. LTD. is registered in Singapore.
These Terms are not intended to deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of their place of residence or another law that cannot validly be excluded by contract.
No specific governing law, exclusive court jurisdiction, binding arbitration requirement, or class-action waiver is included in this V1. These matters remain reserved for later legal review.
20. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, policies, technology, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights applicable to orders placed under an earlier version where such reduction would be unlawful.
