TPE Companion Care & User Guide
This guide covers general handling, cleaning and storage principles for Novelink’s full-size TPE companions for adults. Always follow the information on the individual product page where it provides model-specific guidance.
1. Before First Use
Review the individual product page and supplied materials before handling the product. Prepare a clean, dry area with enough room to support its weight safely, and remove sharp objects from the surrounding area.
2. Handling & Moving
Full-size companions can be heavy. Use both hands, support the body carefully and distribute the weight as evenly as possible when lifting or repositioning. Avoid dragging the product across rough surfaces.
3. Cleaning
Use cleaning products identified as suitable for TPE and follow their instructions. Clean gently and avoid sharp tools or abrasive materials. Do not apply unverified chemicals or cleaning agents.
4. Drying
Dry the product thoroughly after cleaning. Moisture should not be left on the surface or trapped against the product during storage.
5. TPE Material Care
Avoid sharp objects, prolonged direct sunlight and high heat. Handle the TPE surface gently and keep it away from materials or products that have not been confirmed as TPE-compatible.
6. Clothing & Color Transfer
Dark or strongly dyed clothing may transfer color to TPE. Use caution with new or dark fabrics, limit prolonged contact and check the material regularly for signs of color transfer.
7. Joint Handling
Move joints slowly and only within a natural range of motion. Never force, twist or sharply bend a joint. Do not assume that every model has the same internal structure or range of movement.
8. Standing Safety
Do not assume that a product is designed to stand. Refer to the individual product page for model-specific information. Where standing capability is specifically confirmed, use secure external support and never leave the product standing unattended.
9. Storage
Store the product in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat. Support the body so that pressure is distributed as evenly as possible, and avoid prolonged pressure on a small area.
10. Wig & Styling Care
Handle wigs and styling accessories gently. Remove them when needed for cleaning or storage, and avoid pulling styling items across the TPE surface.
11. Long-Term Care
Inspect the product periodically, keep it clean and completely dry, and reposition it when appropriate to avoid prolonged pressure in one area. For questions about a specific model, contact Novelink support before using an unverified care product or method.
