TPE Companion Care & User Guide

1. Before First Use

• Carefully inspect the product after delivery.
• Allow the product to return to room temperature before handling if it has been exposed to very hot or cold conditions during transit.

2. Cleaning

• Clean TPE surfaces gently using lukewarm water and mild soap.
• Do not use harsh solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, bleach, or aggressive household chemicals unless specifically confirmed safe for TPE.
• Avoid prolonged soaking.

3. Drying

• Pat dry with a clean, soft towel.
• Allow the surface to air-dry completely before storage or dressing.
• Pay particular attention to areas where moisture may remain trapped.

4. Surface Care

• Follow the product manufacturer’s recommended TPE care method.
• If using renewal powder or another surface-care product, confirm that it is suitable for TPE before application.
• Test unfamiliar care products on a small, inconspicuous area first.

5. Clothing & Color Transfer

• Dark or strongly dyed fabrics may transfer color to TPE.
• Wash new clothing before use where appropriate.
• Avoid leaving dark clothing in prolonged contact with the product.

6. Handling

• Handle the product carefully due to its weight.
• Avoid pulling or lifting the product by fingers, wrists, hair, or other small areas.
• Do not force joints beyond their natural range of movement.
• Keep the product away from sharp objects and excessive heat.

7. Storage

• Store in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Avoid prolonged pressure on a single area where practical.
• Keep away from materials that may stain or damage TPE.
